Ponroy Santé Group is a leading European company in the natural consumer healthcare industry owned by the 3i Private Equity. Ponroy is the 3rd largest player in the French food supplement pharmacy channel. The acquisition of Pasquali adds a new product line to Ponroy’s offering and significantly strengthen Ponroy’s presence in Italy where the Group currently operates with Vitarmonyl and Biopha Nature brands.
Cross Border with its rooted and longstanding understanding of the healthcare market originated the transaction matching the strong market and brand positioning of Pasquali with Ponroy’s willingness to grow in Italy (the most important market in Europe for food supplements) and hence maximizing the value to the shareholders of Pasquali.
